Our Story
Craftsmanship Is Not Just
What We Do
Kade Homes and Renovations was founded in 2008 with one driving purpose: to create exceptional spaces built to the highest standards of excellence. Since then, we have become Northern Atlanta's most trusted name in home renovations, remodeling, and custom home building.
Our team brings together decades of combined experience, a passion for thoughtful design, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. Whether it's a kitchen renovation, a whole-home remodel, or a ground-up build, we are with you every step of the way, from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.
Led by Dan, who is personally involved in every project, Kade embodies the rare combination of skilled craftsmanship, client attentiveness, and the creativity to see potential where others don't.

Who We Are
Built on People, Not Just Projects
At Kade Homes, our greatest asset isn't our tools or our portfolio — it's our people. Each member of our team was chosen for their expertise, their character, and their shared belief that every client deserves an exceptional experience. When you work with Kade, you're not hiring a company. You're partnering with a team that genuinely cares about your home.
